What a glorious day we had for this Wisconsin clifftop vow renewal. The view was amazing with the leaves below changing colors for fall, and the river overlook made the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. These two have been married for five years and held their vow renewal on the five year anniversary of the day they got engaged.
The weather could not have been more beautiful for their hike to the top of this cliff, with a clear blue sky and ideal temperatures for hiking, and the ceremony itself. I’ve been fortunate enough to photograph Miriam and Rufus before, and yes, they really are this beautiful in person–Inside and out. I’m so lucky to be able to call them friends. The vow renewal could not have been any more perfect. They laughed and they cried, and Rufus even vowed to clean the toilets. See? It couldn’t have been any more perfect! Here’s to a lifetime of love and friendship, you two!
